Laura W

When Laura originally discovered barre after having her first child, her body- and life- were completely changed. Intense cardio workouts comingled with dance inspired movements transformed her post baby body. Now hooked, Laura sought out local barre studios to hone her practice and learn everything she could about barre.
After years of commuting to feed her addiction, Laura decided to share her love of barre with the rest of Santa Clarita. Now a certified barre instructor, she frequently travels to industry events around the country to speak to and instruct barre enthusiasts. Trained by world renowned Barre Body as well as certified in Pilates and group exercise through AFAA, Laura is the creator of a nationally recognized, 100 hour training program recognized for its excellence by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She lives in Santa Clarita with her charming hubby and two beautiful daughters.

  • In this 60-minute class you will sculpt and tone your entire body to upbeat music while having a great time. Built in a more structured format, the class is segmented to focus on one major muscle group at a time, all while sculpting the smaller muscles you didn't even know existed. This class will leave you feeling lean, energetic, confident and feeling like you just spent an hour with girlfriends (because you have!).

  • Barre Express
  • Our Barre Classic condensed into 30 minutes to get you in, moving, and on your way! Perfect for those with the busiest of schedules.

  • Barre Bounce
  • Barre Bounce, created by Bella Barre, is a dynamic low-impact cardio experience that builds endurance and sculpts muscles by bouncing on individual trampolines for a fun, exciting workout. Bringing together the benefits of barre work and rebound training, this class is sure to leave you feeling like a kid again! Bella Barre is the FIRST and ONLY studio to offer you a barre-bouncing love affair in the Northern Los Angeles County area. We do not recommend this class for mamas to-be. Grip socks, water and a can-do attitude are required! We recommend a light meal beforehand.
